Returns & Refund Policy

At vhihs.shop, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days after your order is dispatched.

  • Our store operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, with no alternative payment methods supported.

  • Please contact our Customer Support team before returning any item.

2. Shipping & Processing Parameters

  • Supported Destinations: We ship to countries including Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Hungary, and Greece.

  • Fulfillment Timeline: Order processing takes 1–3 days, and shipping takes 7–15 days.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support within 30 days of dispatch and include the following information:

  • Product Name

  • Shipping Address

  • Phone Number

  • Reason for the return

After reviewing your request, we will provide return authorization, the return shipping address, and return instructions. Please do not return products without prior approval.

4. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, labels, and promotional items.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as customers are responsible for returned products until they arrive at our designated return address.

5. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed promptly and issued through a mutually agreed refund method arranged by our Customer Support team.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, incorrect, or missing accessories, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch and provide your order number, product name, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, and cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved quality claims.

7. Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it, you may request a return within 30 days, provided the product has not been used, remains in resalable condition, and includes original packaging and accessories. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since dispatch, the product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, original packaging or accessories are missing, damage was caused by improper or accidental use, or the product is not in resalable condition.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, please submit a return request and place a new order for your preferred item.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed within 1–3 days. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return according to this policy.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made directly in cash to the courier when your package is delivered. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and complete the payment.
